The Hawth’s brand new Youth Theatre opens its doors with free trial sessions on 3 and 10 September before the first term begins on 17 September.
Led by theatre professional Sarah Slator, the weekly sessions will explore all aspects of theatre, including acting, voice and movement and will run on Thursdays at 5pm (11-14 years) and 7.15pm (15-18 years). The free trial sessions will also follow the same format.
As the only Youth Theatre in the area based in its own professional Theatre, members of THYT will be in the unique position of working towards performances and showcases on their very own stage as well as enjoying discounted ticket prices to selected specialist workshops and professional productions at The Hawth.
Everyone is welcome at The Hawth Youth Theatre. All members need is enthusiasm and commitment and we’ll provide the rest.
